Y6 chose some of the £325 worth of books we received from the Scholastic Book Fair.
During November we ran a Scholastic Book Fair, due to the amazing support of parents and children buying books, we made £750. This meant that we had £325 to spend on books for school. Every class received a new book for their class library and a group of Y6 children chose books for Y6 class libraries. Each child wrote a book plate to go inside the book with their name and why they had chosen it. Mrs Khawaja typed up the book plates, stuck them inside and delivered them to the group. The children were very excited to be the first to read their chosen books!
