2S celebrate World Book Day!
We started our day by visiting the new 'book nook' in the nursery area. We enjoyed reading the books in there with a hot chocolate! We also completed a 'book scavenger hunt' in which we had to find words and characters in different books. In the afternoon we read the story 'The Little Wooden Robot and the Log Princess' by Tom Gauld. We drew our favourite characters from the story and wrote our own mini stories for a school competition. What a fabulous day!
