Year 2 conducted an investigation to see which material would be best to block a hole in a plastic cup.
Year 2 designed and carried out an investigation to see which material would be best for blocking a hole in a plastic cup (or a bucket). In groups they used different materials to block a hole and then measured the amount of water that still passed through the hole. Our little scientists had a great time investigating and discussing the properties of the different materials.
